How Managers Can Find Learner Certificates in Bridge

Created by Richard Tobin, Modified on Fri, 13 Mar at 10:32 AM by Richard Tobin

As a manager, there are two ways you can find certificates for learners in your reporting line in Bridge:

  1. Exporting an individual learner transcript from User Management.
  2. Using Analytics > Transcript to report on certificates in bulk.

Option 1: Exporting a Learner Transcript

  1. Go to Admin > Users & Permissions > Manage Users
  2. Select the learner from your reporting line

      3. Click Export Transcript

      4. This will download a CSV file containing the learner’s training history.

In the CSV file, locate the Certificate URL column

5.Copy and paste the URL into your browser to open the learner’s transcript, where you             can view and print the certificate

Tip: Certificates are accessed via the learner transcript and are not downloaded directly as individual files.

Option 2: Using Analytics (Recommended for Reporting)

       1. Go to Analytics > Transcript

      2. Apply the following filters:

  • Status: Completed
  • Enrollment date: Select the date range you need

      3. Run the report

The Transcript column contains a hyperlink. Selecting this link will open the learner’s transcript, where you can view and print the certificate.

When to Use Analytics to View Learner Certificates

Using Analytics is recommended when you:

  • Need certificates for multiple learners
  • Are preparing audits or compliance reports
  • Want to export certificate data in bulk
