Explore the Navigation Menu

The global navigation menu is located on the left-hand side of every page in Bridge. These links give you quick access to frequently used features.

Navigate to the menu where you'll find the following links:

  1. Learn: Your learning resources.
  2. Apps & Settings: Access to customization options.
  3. Helpful Resources: For further help and support.

Note: Your view might look different depending on the features enabled in your account.

Find Learning Content

When you log into Bridge, you’ll automatically be directed to Learning, making it easy for you to find the tools you need to stay on top of your training.

Your learning in Bridge is organized into three tabs: My Learning, Learning Library, and Training Calendar.

At the top of each tab, you’ll see a search bar and filters to help you find exactly what you need.

You can also export a CSV transcript. This document contains all of the learning items you’ve started, completed, or are enrolled in.

My Learning

View the My Learning tab for an overview of your learning items, including courses, programs, journeys, checkpoints, and live training sessions.

You’ll find your learning organized into categories.

1. Needs My Attention

A learning item under Needs My Attention means it’s required for you to do. Bridge will also highlight any overdue learning items to keep you on track.

Hover over a card to view details. From here, you can click Details to see the title, a brief description, the type of learnable, and a link to share. Click Start to begin.

If the learning item is part of a program or learning journey, you’ll see the number of items or steps, and your progress toward completion.

2. Completed

You can access your completed learning items to review details and access any certificates.

3. Recommended

You can also explore additional learning items from the Learning Library and enroll in training. Items listed under Recommended aren’t mandatory, but your organization has suggested them because they'll be helpful for your development and growth.

4. Categories

Related content is grouped into Categories, helping you find learning that aligns with your role, interests, and career aspirations. Click a category and you’ll be directed to the Learning Library.

Note: Depending on how your admin has set up your Bridge instance, Categories might not be visible to you.

Learning Library

The Learning Library tab provides you with a catalog of optional learning items available for you to self-enroll in.

Within the library, content is organized by categories.

You can use the search bar and filters to quickly find what you’re looking for. You can also view all the tags that have been added to Bridge by your admins.

Tags are added to courses, programs, and journeys. Think of a tag like a keyword—when you click a specific tag, you’ll see all items associated with that tag. You can also use the search bar to find them.

Training Calendar

Navigate to the Training Calendar tab to explore all of the live, instructor-led training sessions. From here, you can enroll in live training sessions and find those you’ve already enrolled in.

Click on a training session in the calendar to see details, register, or unregister. Upon registration, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a calendar link.

Use the search bar, along with the sort-by and filter-by options, to find relevant training and organize your view.

By default, the Training Calendar is organized as a month-by-month view, but you can toggle between calendar and list views.

View and Edit Your User Profile

Click the gear icon in the navigation to access your Apps & Settings from the menu and find options to customize your Bridge profile.

  1. Click Edit to update your profile picture.
  2. Click the Language drop-down to change your language preference.
  3. Switch between light and dark modes by clicking the Dark Mode toggle.
  4. Toggle Underline Links to change how links are formatted.
  5. To download the mobile app on your device, click Get Bridge Mobile and follow the instructions.
  6. To update your current password, click Change Password. If SSO (single sign-on) is enabled in your account, this process might differ.
  7. The Sign Out link will log you out of your current session.
  8. To view Bridge policies, click the Acceptable Use Policy link and the Privacy Policy link.

Note: Your company might customize your options, so your Bridge profile might look different.
