Users can discover learning content through a categorized catalog and take ownership of their development by self-enrolling in courses that interest them. These items will appear in the Added by You section of the My Learning page and are optional.
Note: Categories in the Learning Library will only be displayed if they have been activated by an admin
View Learning Library
In the Learning Library, you can view all learning content available for self-enrollment. Content items are displayed as cards and organized by category [1], except for Journeys, which appear in a separate section without categories.
Each card shows the content title [2] and description [3]. The content type is displayed on the card, along with the estimated time to complete or number of steps [4]. If you’ve already started a course, journey, or program, the card will display the time remaining and a progress bar [5].
Hover over a card to see additional details, including included media (videos, audio, images), quiz assessments, text content, certificates, and content tags [6].
Programs you haven’t enrolled in will show a Preview button [7]. Depending on your enrollment status, learning content can be started, resumed, or reviewed:
- Content not yet started shows an Enroll button [8]
- Content in progress shows a Resume button
- Completed content shows a Review button
To see all content in a category, click the View All link [9]. This opens a new page where you can filter and sort all learning items in that category.
Note: All uncategorized courses, programs, checkpoints, and live trainings will appear at the bottom of the Learning Library, under the All Others category.
Filter Content
Use the Search field [1] to find content by title.
In the Sort by menu [2], you can sort content by date added, alphabetically, or duration.
In the Filter by menu [3], you can filter content by type, status, duration, courses that include a certificate, or courses with SCORM content.
Note: Journeys will still appear in their own section when using the search, filter, or sort functions.
Filter Content Tags
Click the Tags link to open the Tags menu. Use the search bar to find specific tags or scroll through the list of tags for Learning Library content. Selecting one or more tags will filter the content items displayed in the Learning Library.
Start Content
To preview the items in a program, click the Preview button [1]. To self-enroll in content, hover over the content card and click Enroll [2].
