As smartphones get more attention and people move to a hybrid way of working, with our offline learning opportunity we want to focus on the hybrid and mobile-first workforce. Enabling offline learning will support people without internet access or high data charges. They can learn on the go, when traveling, from remote locations, or during their daily commute.
How can I make a course downloadable?
When you’re creating or editing a course within Bridge you will see a new setting that can be enabled. This is the "Available for mobile download" setting.
How can I play the course offline?
Playing the course offline works the same way as online. You just click on the Continue Learning or Play Course button.
Will my manager see if I completed the course offline?
Once you've successfully completed the course, your completion data will be reflected within Bridge once you reconnect to the internet.
How can I delete the course from my device?
To remove the course from your device, you can go to the course detail page within the mobile app and click on the Delete button. Alternatively, from the app you can also click on Settings > Manage downloads and remove the course you want to delete by clicking on the trash icon.
